Siemens Inspiro "2024 Stock" train, designed for London Underground's Piccadilly line.It features walk-through carriages and, for the first time on a deep-tube line, air conditioning.The fleet consists of 94 new trains, with the first units delivered for testing in late 2024 and scheduled to enter service between late 2026 and early 2027.These new trains offer a 10% increase in passenger capacity and are 20% more energy-efficient than the trains they are replacing.
