Preserved London Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS) "Hughes Crab" 5F Class steam locomotive number 13000, a 2-6-0, used for mixed-traffic locomotive, commonly known as a "Mogul". They were built at Horwich and Crewe works between 1926 and 1932. 13000 was built at Horwich in 1926.
